Questions We Can Help With
We are happy to help you compare models, for example the Hellpup PRO vs the CORE, or the full-size Hellpup vs the Micro Hellpup. We can also tell you which models ship with a brace, which are brace ready, and which accessories fit the 14×1 left-hand threads and AK side rail. If you already placed an order, include your order number so we can find it right away.
For legal questions about what you can own in your state, please talk to your local FFL dealer or check your state’s official resources. Laws change often, and your dealer knows the local rules best. For factory warranty service, you can also contact Pioneer Arms directly.
Order Support
If you already placed an order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. That helps us look up your order, shipping status and dealer information right away. Most order questions are about tracking, dealer paperwork or changing the receiving FFL. We can help with all three, as long as the order has not shipped yet.
Product Questions
Not sure which model fits you? Tell us how you plan to use your pistol, whether you want a brace now or later, and which finish you like. We will recommend two or three options and explain the trade-offs in plain language. We can also tell you which models ship with two 30-round magazines (all of them), which have a gas tube rail for a red dot, and which accept a Picatinny brace.
Dealer Questions
FFL dealers can contact us to request a copy of our license or to confirm shipment details. Please include the customer’s name and order number in your message.
Response Times
We answer messages Monday through Friday and usually reply within one business day. Messages sent on weekends or holidays are answered the next business day.
