These terms of sale apply to every order placed at dkgun.co. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
1. Buyer Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase a handgun, including AK pistols, and legally eligible to own firearms under federal, state and local law.
2. FFL Requirements
All firearms ship to a federally licensed dealer. You are responsible for choosing a dealer who can legally transfer the item to you and for any transfer fees they charge. See our FFL transfer policy.
3. Local Laws
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. We may cancel any order we believe cannot be legally completed.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item’s price or availability was listed in error, we will contact you before processing the order.
5. Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment provider. Orders are processed only after payment is approved.
6. Shipping and Returns

7. Warranty
Firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For Pioneer Arms products, see Pioneer Arms for warranty details. We will help you start a claim.

Terms of Sale for Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it ships for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our shipping and returns policy applies. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, that cannot be legally completed or that contain pricing errors.
Limitation of Liability
DK Gun is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from our store. Firearms are dangerous if handled improperly. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and basic firearm safety rules, and seek professional training.
Governing Law
These terms of sale are governed by the laws of the state where DK Gun is located, and by applicable United States federal law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
